mixed experience, some issues with the room and facilities
short cablenoisy room
i encountered a few problems . the kettle was hard to use due to the socket's location under the window, and the cable was too short to move it. reaching the blind was also difficult because of the desk's position. the room was noisy at night, with sounds of traffic and other guests outside (a general disturbance to sleep).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant provided a good menu with plenty of choice and every dish was well cooked and presented. Free parking WAS very convenient and a nice touch.
The outside lighting was quite bright at night. The blackout blinds did not completely block all light. This affected the quality of sleep because of the excessive external illumination.

The hotel offered VERY easy access to the city centre. The hotel is convenient, especially if you are planning to visit nearby attractions or need quick transport links. The hotel had ample parking spaces.

the staff greeted us with such warmth and kindness. our room was super clean, and everything felt new. we appreciated free parking right outside our door. the breakfast buffet was plentiful, with many choices.
the outside lights shine quite brightly at night, so an eye mask is a must.

The room was acceptably clean and the bed provided adequate comfort.
I found the lack of soundproofing very disruptive. Noise from nearby roads penetrated the room, disturbing sleep. This resulted in regular awakenings from lorries entering the retail park nearby (it was about 30m from the room).
